  I left Manny Delarosa a message requesting a roof inspection. Manny responded within 2 hours and we set … More up a date/time for the roof inspection. We have a large roof and lost several shingles over the past several months. Our house is 3,000 Sq Ft and is a hip roofed house with additional hip roofs over a family room and a farmer's porch. The roof is 3,300 Sq Ft.
  Manny Delarosa arrived for the inspection at the agreed upon time with a drone equipped with a high definition camera. He flew over the roof taking photos which he shared with me directly after the inspection. Upon seeing these photos, it was clear to me that repair was not the best option and I requested a quote for the roof replacement, including replacing two skylights.
  Delarosa Roofing forwarded a proposal for the job within a day. It was the most complete and professionally prepared proposal I have ever received from a contraction in my 50 years of home ownership. It contained photocopies of Manny's Construction License, photos of recently-completed roofing jobs, contact information for references and a detailed Scope-of-Work, including costs.
  After making a few adjustments to the Scope-of-Work, I signed the proposal and Manny Delarosa committed to completing the job within a week. Manny specked-out and ordered the skylights, the roofing materials and a combination dumpster/outhouse. He confirmed a date to replace the roof within a few days.
  On roof replacement day, a crew of roughly ten hard-working men arrived at 7 AM, striped the roof, removed and replaced the skylights, installed the proper underlayment and the roof shingles. They clearly knew what they were doing. They finished the job in one day and left the property cleaner than it was when they arrived. The next morning, the dumpster and outhouse combination were removed by 10 AM and Delarosa Roofing sent a small crew to make sure the driveway where the dumpster was located completed cleaned.
  Every aspect of this job was addressed in a highly effective and timely manner. From first contact to complete job was only six working days. The finished roof looks great. I highly recommend Delarosa Roofing for any roofing job. I am convinced you will be very happy with the complete experience.

  What drew me to De La Rosa Roofing was a social post of another job that closely mirrored our house and … More the issue we were experiencing. The expediency from my initial call to when the work was quoted and completed was refreshing and quite impressive.
  While time and Mother Nature will be the true test of the repair. I immediately felt comfortable and had complete trust in their judgement.
  It was quickly apparent to me that the crew not
  only had experience in which to isolate the root cause, but that they also had worked together for some time and to me …that speaks volumes.
  I fully plan on updating this post once we have confidence that the fix applied has taken hold and has stood the test of of the elements but for now I am a happy customer and will gladly refer them to anyone in need.
  POST EDIT: We have since had a major storm roll through dumping close to 3 inches of rain and it appears as the fix has taken hold indeed.
  If “Say what you do….Do what you say” is not something you look for and value in any business relationship…..We are not alike

There was no communication, no updates, and with New England’s weather, timing is everything, especially for critical outdoor jobs like roofing. My roof was in desperate need of replacement, and Manny was the only contractor who followed through.
  From the first call, Manny maintained consistent communication, checking in every few days with a call or a text. I never had to chase him for updates, which was a refreshing change. He let me know exactly when his crew would arrive, and they showed up right on schedule. As the project began, they discovered three layers of roofing material, something we couldn’t have known without starting the removal. Manny was transparent throughout, and we discussed the next steps together, ensuring I was comfortable with every decision.
  What truly sets Manny apart is that he was present on the job site. Many contractors today prefer to delegate, but Manny was hands-on, which made a world of difference. It’s rare to see a contractor who is so involved, especially when you’re investing tens of thousands of dollars.   Manny even took it a step further by using a drone to capture aerial footage of the entire process—before, during, and after. I didn’t have to ask what my roof looked like because Manny made sure to document everything and share it with me. It’s an incredible attention to detail that speaks volumes about his dedication to his craft and to his clients.
  I’ve been searching for a trustworthy roofing contractor for a while, and finding Manny was like finding a needle in a haystack. It’s a significant investment, and I wanted someone who truly cares. Despite seeing mixed reviews for other contractors, Manny and his team stood out from the beginning, and they exceeded every expectation. He is passionate, dedicated, and clearly takes immense pride in his work.
