Charlie, one of the employees, very nice man, went up onto my roof to inspect the shingles. My roof looked great. I didn’t need a new roof. Manny said due to the high winds and torrential heavy rains it was an act of nature. What an honest , kind man. Both Manny and Charlie were personable, and professional. I appreciated Manny’s honesty. These days it’s hard to find companies that have integrity. I’d highly recommend De La Rosa Roofing.

Their diligence was also exemplary — by example, the roofing shingle chosen by me was made by a manufacturer not typically used by Manny and his crew. Based upon my conversations with Manny it was clear that Manny and his brother (Arsenio) took the time to review all the manufacturer's requirements (not simply assuming they knew the ins and outs of this particular manufacturer's requirements). Doing the job the "right way" was of paramount importance to De La Rosa Roofing, which is comforting to me as a homeowner.   Well, Where do I begin. There are not enough stars to fill this page when it comes to the De La Rosa … More Roofing Company!!! I have been looking for a roofing company since August. After about a half a dozen contractors which I have contacted and a few months later none of them even came close to De La Rosa Construction and Roofing Company. We were looking for someone to take on the job in a safe and proper manner due to this pandemic. We have elderly and infants living in our home. Most contractors we contacted were just interested in our cash instead of actually doing the job, or paying them 75 percent up front before they even started . Some were even uninsured and did not even have the right equipment. Others even showed up to give us estimates with booze on their breathe early in the morning. Finally I came across this company called De La Rosa. We wished we went with these guys the 1st time. I found them online and contacted them. Within minutes Manuel replied back and said there is no problem that his crew and himself can do the job effortlessly. All he asked was my address so he could measure it it. To my amazement with today's technology he had it measured and sent to my phone within the hour. Manuel and his brother Arsenio came to my home wearing safety masks on New Years eve and took the time to explain to me exactly what was going to be done, with the material that was going to be used, and also gave me advice on the colors and also gave me a quick estimate for a separate job which had nothing to do with my roof. These 2 gentlemen were very professional and you could tell they love what they do and that makes all the difference in the world in this type of business with customers like us who aren't that familiar in construction lingo. We shook hands and the wheels were set in motion as they got all the city permits needed to to start the job. Manuel and his crew showed up at 7:00am and did not stop working until the job was complete. They even did another project we had planned for a later date at the same time while doing the roof. They are unbelievable! The crew can be compared to a well oiled machine working in harmony without skipping a single beat. Did I mention they also have their own pilot on standby too? Well yes they do for the before, during and after picture and video shots being taken by drone. This was all done in one day and finished by 4:00pm. Unbelievable!! If you do not believe me you can see the pictures and videos for yourself. I highly recommend De La Rosa Construction for all your home improvement needs, "No job too big or too small" they said to me "We Stand by Our Work" and it truly shows. There are no words that can express our appreciation to the De La Rosa company and crew for the workmanship that was done to our old home to look new and beautiful again. Thank You Manuel, Arsenio and the entire crew!!

I called and scheduled a roof repair with a contractor and they never showed up, so after leaving messages with a variety of roofing companies, I got a call back from Manny at Delarosa Construction and Design.Manny set up an appointment date and time and came to the house to perform a roof repair above the leaking bedroom. In the process of completing that work, he showed me photos of the roof and the dormers which had signs of wear/tear and needed attention. Some of the shingles had blown off from recent high-velocity winds and the house was at risk for further leak damage in the attic.I was thinking that I could make periodic repairs as needed rather than replace the roofing, but Manny suggested that I look at replacing the whole roof and provided me a very reasonable estimate!!He looked at the local weather reports and set up a day when skies were blue and the temperature was unseasonably mild (50's in January?), a fantastic plan. The Delarosa Construction and Design crew showed up early on Monday and replaced the roofing in one day; when I came back to the house in the late afternoon, the crew was cleaning up and walking around the yard with a huge magnet making sure that no nails or debris were left behind, just as Manny had described with the estimate.Within an hour of getting home, I was sent photos of the preparations and work being done to install the roof, along with a call-back checking in with me personally to see if I was happy with the quality of the workmanship.This company is serious about the quality of their work and the level of customer-services that they provide. I will surely be looking to Delarosa Construction and Design in the near future to take care of other jobs and get the house back in beautiful shape!!Services: Roof installation, Roof damage repair
